Samira ahmed on photography

Broadcaster and journalist Samira Ahmed considers the impact a single photographic image can have, even in a modern age when nearly every person has a camera on them at all times and photos are in endless supply.

Photographers featured in the programme include Giles Duley, who lost three of his limbs while documenting a war zone in Afghanistan, and Richard Billingham, who has made a film with Benefit Street's White Dee about his parents, a subject he continues to return to.
